Shree Phanindra Fitness ("we", "us", "our") operates the Shree Phanindra mobile application and web portal at client.shreephanindra.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our Service.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly

Full name, email address, and password
Body measurements: weight, height, age, gender
Health & fitness goals and program preferences
Progress photos (uploaded voluntarily)
Check-in data: sleep hours, meal compliance, workout completion
Questions and messages sent to your coach

Information collected automatically

Step count data from Apple HealthKit (iOS) or Google Health Connect (Android), only with your explicit permission
Daily activity logs: water intake, supplement tracking, workout completion
App usage logs for troubleshooting purposes

Information we do NOT collect

Raw HealthKit data beyond your daily step count
Payment card numbers or bank details (fee handled outside the app)
Advertising identifiers or browsing history
Location data

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

Provide personalized diet plans, workout programs, and coaching
Track your fitness progress and display it to you
Allow your assigned coach to monitor compliance and provide feedback
Send push notifications about your program (with your permission)
Display your leaderboard ranking among other clients (opt-in only)
Improve the app and troubleshoot issues

3. Health Data

Step count data is accessed from Apple HealthKit (iOS) or Google Health Connect (Android) only after you grant explicit permission. This data is used solely to display your daily activity within the app and sync it to your coaching dashboard.

We do not share health data with third parties, advertisers, or other clients. We do not write any data back to HealthKit.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except:

Your assigned coach — who needs it to provide coaching services
Cloudflare R2 — cloud storage for progress photos (no third-party access to your photos)
Supabase — database hosting (ISO 27001 certified, data encrypted at rest)
Legal requirements — if required by law or valid court order

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL) servers with industry-standard encryption for data in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. Authentication tokens are stored on your device using the platform's secure storage (iOS Secure Enclave / Android Keystore via expo-secure-store).

6. Data Retention & Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from within the app by navigating to:

More tab → Account → Delete Account

Deleting your account permanently removes all your data including diet plans, workout history, check-ins, body measurements, and progress photos within 30 days.

You may also email us at support@shreephanindra.com to request manual deletion.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or email. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
